 What type of controller do you use?For S7-300/400, you have options of using :

1. OB1X as time of day interrupt to activate/deactiavte any task on the exact time.In this manner you will perform your task and only need to configure the time of day you want in HW Config and download it with OB1X with proper program.
   
   
2. The other issue will be using SFC1 and analyzing its output to energize the output.Check a sample HERE.

If you use S7-1200 , you can find samples in the forum if you search.

Hi,

you can use SFC1 Read Clock in S7-300.

As output you have a variable as Typ DT.

Structure of DT:

Byte n:year

Byte n+1: month

...

Byte n+3: hour

If (Byte n+3) = 17 then Output=1;

else Output = 0;

end_if;
