Fortunately the problem is solved.
I got the panel's IP address from the last Wincc project loaded into it and with Prosave i could reset to factory settings then load the OS image.

I think he means with IP Adress the following Fact.

When you do an OS Update with Factory Reset with SIMATIC Prosave then you have to insert an IP Adress in the First Screen of Prosave. The IP Adress is set temporarily to the Panel when the access over MAC Adress is possible to transfer the Data to the Panel. But the IP Adress will not be set after the OS Update automatically.

So when you do not know what IP Adress the Panel has before the Crash you can look in the Configuration Settings as in the Screenshot in the last post.
