Hello

I have a question, im using TIA portal Proffessional v13 and i need to upgrade 

to SP1 how can i make that? when i download the upgrade and i try to extract the files 

it seems to be an error with the file "simatic_step_7_professional_sp1_for_v13.002" it 

says is corrupt,

Hello,

try to download the 002 file again.

Check the filesizes from the Files after thedownload that it matches the size which is documented in on thwe site where you download the files.
