I have a similar problem.
Simotion D is connected to S7 PLC as profinet I-device.
Profisafe is used to control the safety of the Sinamics integrated.
When both plc and Simotion are powered up the Simotion goes to stop because of overflow of the message buffer of the technology fault task.
I did not have the opportunity to check the detail information of the stop, but there is no automatic reset of the alarms programmed.
As I see in the diagnostic buffer, alarms of the drives : 'Fault in the drive on the log adres Exx' probably cause the overflow of the buffer.
Problem is that I don't see in the alarm configuration that I can  configure the drive alarms not to invoke a technology fault task. How can I avoid the alarms to cause buffer overflow?

seems you have to declare something as exchange data between the safety PLC and Simotion if I'm looking the faults code.

Do you have declared in the hardware configuration of the safety PLC the Simotion and configuration of the data exchange?

 The failsafe from S7 F plc to Sinamics by the Simotion works fine.
It is only in situations where the connection between plc and Simotion are closed because of download of Simotion or power down, that these errors occur.

this is a HW config. of the PLC Profisafe connection with a Simotion. The line is working fine since the last year and I never face something similar as you.

You can compare, I had just couple of servo (safe STO) and about 20 hydraulic axis.
