I have an AOP with frimware Ver. 4.6.10 which is connected to a CU320-2PN(Fw4.6).

CF card is with performance extension.

now our problem is that AOP hangs too much, we are not able to use it properly.

one of our client suggested that if you dowangrade the AOP version this problem will be solved

can anyboudy help me with this

and how do communicate from AOP to PC. to dowanload older version of firmware?

Hi,

the AOP normaly loads the Data and FW from the CF of the SINAMICS CU320.

On the CD of the AOP is a program (LOAD_AOP30) which you can use to transfer the FW from the PC to the AOP, the FW is on the same CD.

The AOP30 FW for Update is not available for download so, if you don't have the CD or older FW open a

Support Request to get the Files.

This is a bit of a challenge these days as most new PCs comes without a CD player !
