hey all, i made hour meter based on the simple hour meter shared by uel123, but i want to use it to calculate the hour meter of different weights ( as i divide 100 tons into 50 ranges) and i want to calculate the total hour meter of these ranges along 1 year for example with one hour meter. the concept of my project is to calculate each range and move the value after finishing the range to DB memory and reset the counter also to start count for the next range and i attach the hour meter logic and my program logic also, and I want to make the ranges not like 50 networks but make it more simple than this with simple instructions like making program as if the load exceed one level of the ranges auto reset the meter and move the value of the meter in different DB address like indirect addressing, i don't know how to do this , and i will be very happy if you can help me in this case i need this program to calculate the life of the wire rope used to lift these loads ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Attachmentmy project.rar (419 Downloads) |

Actually this is the whole program and it's working but it's size = 3.5 mb and i see that's so mush , so i wonder if there is any other method to simplify the code more , many thanks for your response
