Dear Sir,

We have trouble with Sinamics S120. Based on F30006 on display, We indicated that Motor Module in slot 5 is in trouble. The photo is attached.

We are replacing the new motor module. But the alarm is same, F30006.

Do you know what should I do?

Hello,

F30006 means Thyristor control board on basic line module signals a fault. Please refer attached sheet for more detail information. You need to check & attend it instead of replacing motor module.

So please refer the attached sheet & see if the main contactor is picking up, correct supply level presence etc.

The Basic Line Module supply 3 groups of CU320 with 3 Motor Modules each of them.The other CUs have not Fault display.

We will try to change the other Motor Module from other CUs.

May be you can check the Short circuit or the Ground fault to the motor Regarding ..... As like as check the DC link short circuit .

We faces this issue sometimes, because our motors and motors cables are installed in places that contains water mixed with oil that becames corrosivo after sometime, so to solve this problem, we shutdown the basic line and wait the complete discharge of the DC Link, then we disconnect from the output of the drives, all motors that are installed in those areas. After that, we switch on the basic line, clear the fault and reconnect all motors to drives. We still are working in a solution to this problem, but we believe that will solve only with the replacements of the cables and motors.

We are having 2nos. BLM in parallel (star & Delta) having ACB as incomer for each of the BLM with 6 Motor Unit connected.

ACB gets ON after we provide ON command from BLM-2.

We started the BLM after 3 years of installation, reformed it & Conducted ID run for 4 Motors (out of 6 motor units connected) on day-1

On day-3 when we try to switch on The BLM, we get F3006 fault in Delta BLM, we increased the Monitoring value from 6.5 sec to 10 sec & restarted we get the same fault in Star BLM this time.

Pls help us to identify the problem.
