I'm a student, and we have a new ET 200SP IM 155-6PN BA to configure.

We have TIA Portal V13 Upt 7, but we can't find it in the software. Only the ST, ST SIPLUS and HF.

Do I need an update for the hardware catalog ?

Now, my firmware of the et200sp is 3.2.1, but in the software it's 3.2. Same for DI and DQ, firmware 1.1.1, but 1.1.

I can't use it with my s7-1200..

and where is the problem with the use?
The fw V3.2.1 and V1.1.1 ist never selectable, you can work with projected V3.2 and projected  V1.1
this is no problem

I don't know, I just have added the et200sp, with DI, DQ, Server module, created the link with s7-1200, edited ethernet adress, and I have an error on et200sp (all components).

Have I missed something ?

is it really so complicate to provide mandatory needed informations?
Which error you have exactly?
Which Diagnostics messages are logged in Online&Diagnostics of the Modules?
Make Screens of the errors and attach it, with only "i have a problem" nobody can help you!

It's like they can't communicate..

please check the Name and IP Adress of the Et200SP Station, it looks that name and/or IP doesn't match the configured values.

Thank you for the help. It's done.

I've checked the name and ip adress, and it was on the name, I've changed it.

A new problem after this, it was just the potential of the DQ and DI card. (Checked Enable new Potential..)
