I have also some problem with WinCC V7 SP3 UP5(2 redundant server 3 client sytem). After sometime server disconnets from database. Althought I have installed WinCC&Windows Server 2008 OS again still same problem. Could you please help me?

I'm facing similar issue with wincc 7.3 in PCS7 installation (V8.1 SP1).

Every 7-10 days, the clients have no access any more to the trends. A reboot of both servers resolve the problem for about 10 days.

Thank you for the quick answer.

We will check the service next time and run the required dump.

We'll also upgrade the installation from update 1 to update 6 for this migrated project. Maybe it will help.

When the problem occurs, connection is ok in the status bar on the trend window but no data is coming. The behaviour is the same on every client and on both servers.

Computer reboot is necessary to solve the problem. Restart runtime is not useful.

The problem occurs again on 7.3 update 6.

"CCTlgServer.exe" was still running but seems to be blocked. On the redondant server, the trend was still available.

This is the collected dump file. Chem 02 was the active server.
