Hello, very interesting thread...... at least for users over 40....... I add here my memories. Maybe some moderator can move last posts in Meet and talk forum. My first contact with computer was an 8086 with 2 floppy disk and a very confortable green phosfhor screen. I start to work with a 286 computer but my first online connection with a plc was done with a PG675 . My company also had an "old" PG615,I never use it but for 20 years it stay near my desk. Finally in 2011, my last day in this company, I try to connect it to a s5-95 ..... and it worked.... I hope other "aged" users want to share his first experience...... Best Regards |
