I am trying to communicate OP73(6AV66410AA110AX0) to my PC via cable '6GK1571-0BA00-0AA0' thru MPI/DP selection. But not able to do the same. It is giving me the error "Info   :  No connection could be established. Please verify your settings, interfaces, cables, device type etc/" all the time.

So, just want to confirm that the communication cable used is right or not.

pls post relevant infos, you want to communicate, this is not enough infos. You need download configuration to OP, or want do other things? What configuration SW you have for configuration? That cable is original Siemens brand or China adapter? Look for first to your OP datasheet, there are needed infos, look to back side of panel if there are DIP switches for selection Port functionality depended to protocol. Give infos about this.

The mentioned PC adapter is used for communication between S7-300/400 CPU & PC/PG.

For transfering project to OP73, via MPI / DP, you need to use a Profibus cable with two bus connectors.

And connect it between PG & OP or between PC (with Profibus communication processor).

Or

You can try using it and download to OP73 via S7-Routing.

 It is not possible that you connect your cable directly between your OP and your PC.

You need an active communication port on your network (e.g. a CPU). This is used to power the communication network, then you will be able to download.

sry but I don't think so about not direct connectivity. I got this kind of USB PC Adapter and can directly connect to f.ex. OP77B from my PG and download configuration without problems via MPI/DP port on OP.

I have tried many times to connect directly, but did not succeed. The MPI/DP LED on the PC adapter is turned off. If I connect it through a CPU netwrok, it works

I think that sometimes it's about sky and ground  maybe I'm lucky with that of China (test) PC adapter, maybe I try with CP5711 integrated with MPI/DP. Thnx for info.
