for first pls why you don't post info about your SW for PLC and version of WinCC? Look to help (TIA), somewhere is description about how to read other signals f.ex. from modules, but be prepare that some signals are disabled by system for reading, also signals from distributed system modules. If you'll be lucky with read, you can put that signal to f.ex. DB block prepared with HMI communication, then it's not problem create status of this signals on visualization.
