I am using G120 drive, PM: 240-45Kw,110A,   CU:240E-2.

[ Motor Data: Rated Motor v:415v

rated Curretn:79 A

Rated Power:45 Kw ]

Whenever i started the Drive(motor is connected,but not load),F30002 is appearing. VFD getting tripped.

Distance between 'drive panel' and  'Motor' is approximately 500 m.

I am not using any 'Braking Resistor' , but using "Output Sine wave filter"(115A,400VAC) from 'Shaffner'.

-tried with varying ramp up and ramp down time.

Kindly Provide any Solution?

What is the value of P210

During fault what is the value in r949

Simple FAN application,start and stop.

p210: 400v

r949 cant tell exactly,now m out of site.

But we are using sinewave output filter from Shaffner.

Sine filter has nothing to do with it. 

Braking resistor is usually way to go when dealing with overvoltage as it helps dissipate excess of energy preventing drive tripping.

Can you find out if the fan is rotating when you're trying to start the drive?

Did you try to set p210 to the input voltage (420V)?

Line voltage peaks could also cause it and an input filter could help but it's hard to tell for sure.

Dear all,

We have a conveyor application in which is run in V/F mode. P210= 430, F30002 fault is coming randomly during running of the conveyor. Fault value r949 is 5900. What is the indication of the value? Kindly help.

No braking resistor is there. Deceleration time is also 32 Seconds.
