I have KTP700 Basic HMI.

I can ping to HMI,But When i am trying to download or try to make OS update it shows "Communication Failed".

I think transfer mode in HMI is disable.But Problem is that HMI startup time is zero,so i cannot open setttings in HMI.

Is there any way to Reset the HMI or OS Updtae without Transfer Enable.

you have to set the KTP700 in "Transfer"-mode
