Hoisting using CU250S-2DP, Control unit Stopped

Control unit Stopped _R44:Switching on inhibit-supply with STO terminal W/24 V (Hardware) We have supplied CU250S-2DP: 6SL3246-0BA22-1PA0 Firmware:4.70.83.04 PM240 : 6SL32240BE315UA0: 18.5KW Application: Hoisting does somebody faced such problem ? we have checked terminal, parameters and no STO/safety enabled. still it is giving such messages. the error is in two sites same control unit and power unit. is there any other issue? any points to observe?

Please check the control word & status word which shall help to analyse the problem. |
