Hello,

I am using TIA Portal V13 with WinCC Advanced V13 SP1 Update 9.

I have set up Alarm log which should be used to show alarm history on one of the screens. Below are the screenshots of configurations both for storage path and alarm view. I don't see what's wrong with this but for some reason it's not working. Also, I took out the SD card from the HMI to check out if it's even writing the log to the card but I can't find the file in it. 

Please help if you know more,

Are they  apprearing on  alarm view control ?

I don't which HMI are you using, but if USB port is available then have you tried with the help of USB ?

May be issue with SD card.

 Or may be try to overwrite project again.

I'm using TP1900 Comfort Panel.

No I haven't tried with USB as I must save the log on SD card (project requirement). 

Actually I see the alarm log when running HMI simulation but the messages don't appear on the panel screen.

I tested it with USB and it works fine. Looks like I can only use USB and DATA SD port for saving log but not the SYSTEM SD card. Is that correct or there is a way to save log on SYSTEM SD?
