momo0 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, I use TIA PORTAL V13 and I need your help because I want to communicate with a TP1200 panel as opc ua client. The simulation works very well but when Idownloadthe program i see this message "Connection to PLC Connection_1 is interrupted" . I saw same answer but I can not do it I don't know how to insert the DNS on the panel. Please can explain me clearly thank you

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 1/16/2026 Posts: 16644 Rating: (1944)	Hello momo0 Its important to define the DNS Resolution in the lmhosts file on the Computer that is the OPC Server. Here you have to define the Name resolution of the Panel -> IP and Devicename of the Panel. (then a coumputer Restart is needed) Also look in the OPC UA Client Folders on the Panel in the File Explorer if the Server has a certificate in the rejected folder. If yes you have to copy it into the certs folder to free the communication. Bye Murof
