I use Failsafe DO with CPU 414-4H but when I download my program to CPU , SF led of F-Do go to red state. I think an error occure in Failsafe DO you Can see Diagnostic Buffer of F-DO Module Bellow:

have you set the DIP-Switches of the 6ES7 326-2BF01-0AB0?

Have a look in the manual, chapter 4, how to assign the F-destination-address.

Yeah the DIP switch setting are the same as per hardware config. But still I am getting PASS_OUT and QBAD as 1 in CH_DO.

Please help to resolve the same.

Can u share HW config.? I would like to know monitoring time parameters and all available I/Os. If more safe I/Os are there, u need to increase monitoring time for profisafe frame.

I have increased the monitoring module time out from 600 ms to 1000 ms. Then I have acknowledge re-integration of F_safe module after some time(say 5 minutes- as per some advise). Then the channel are okay. But only one Channel was still passivated whether that particular channel was not working or not I didn't understand....

Can you please advise me some things that I can Check?

It's great feeling that my suggestion has helped you. 

Check everything for de-passivated channel. Connect healthy sensor to it. Check driver connections whether proper symbol is connected. Better to delete it and add new driver block & compile it.

Another suggestion is to initially not to use acknowledge command and let reintegration be automatic.
