Dear all,

               I tried to take backup of TP 700 comfort panel via prosave 9.0.

1.Tried PN/IE interface,got "connection could not be established".

2.Tried Ethernet , got successful connection(also changed settings in panel )

3.Tried to take backup ,got "the backup file could not be created"

 I have the same problem. KTP700 Basic, Prosave v17.0.0. It's processing the backup, but in the end I get the "Backup could not be created" message. I am in transfer mode. Suprisingly, on the hmi I get the notification, that the backup was succesfull. Do you have any ideas what may be the problem here?

Hello,

I had a similar problem when I was using ProSave v17.0.1.  When I used another computer with ProSave v16.0.1 the problem did not occur and the backup was successful.
