CU320-2DP, when power on the RDY is RED and other LEDs are Yellow

brbee Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi , I have similar problem, my card is 6SL3054-0EE00-1BA0 04.04.00.04 , my CU320-2DP version H , when I power on , the RDY is RED and other LEDs are Yellow. What could be ? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from LEDs of CU320.

Technology Team Platinum Expert Joined: 10/11/2006 Last visit: 1/19/2026 Posts: 6069 Rating: (828)	Hello, according to the table shown in the GH1 manual section 3.4.4 the CU is in mode “hardware reset”. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109740019 If the CU remains in this state, please check the used data on the CF Card suits to the used drive. To make sure the used data is not corrupt please download the firmware again and load it to your CF card. If this doesn`t help I would recommend to use another CF card. If both recommendations doesn`t bring any improvement I would recommend to exchange the CU for further testing.
