I would like to generate six pulse trains; there will be time/phase difference   of   3.33 ms; I am not getting microsecond based TON or TOF timer to configure fractional ms using S7-1200 or S7-1500 PLCs. Please advise.

Trying to make a pulse generator with user coding on what you specify is going to fail. Hardware driven pulse generators is the best way.

The S7-1200 can handle x4 pulse generators. If you want more, you will need to add another CPU and have the two link vie Profinet. That would be less expensive than having an S7-1500.
