Hello there.. I would like to ask your help / ideas / suggestions and recommendations regarding our recurrent problem with our Simovert Masterdrive which is being used to drive a Centrifugal Machine. At first, the fault F027 UCE Ph. 3 occured. We checked the lines for any short circuit or ground fault but there was none. We found out that the IGD Inverter Control Module and 4 IGBTs in phase 3 were damaged. So we replaced the damaged parts with new ones. However, after just around two weeks of operation, the fault occurred again, but this time it is F025 (UCE Ph.1). When we checked, the IGD Inverter Control Module and 4 IGBTs on Phase 1 were damaged. This time, we replaced all 12 pcs of the IGBTs to be really sure that the IGBTs are all OK, and also replaced the IGD module. We even replaced the motor to be sure that any motor problem is ruled out. We also checked on the motor cables but everything is OK. But after another 2 or 3 weeks of operation, the fault occurred again and when we checked it is again the IGD inverter module and 4 pcs IGBTs that are damaged. We are not sure anymore what to do with this problem, but for now we have to replace the damaged parts so the machine could run again. Kindly explain why this happens and how to prevent this. Thank you very much. God bless you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
