Recently I purchased a package for S7.....

1) S7-315 2pn/dp : 6es7315-2eh14-0ab0

2) TP1900 Comfort : 6av2124-0uc02-0ax0

I have Siemens Field PG M2, in that I have Simatic Manager V5.4 SP5 and also Wincc Flexible 2008. I know for HMI, I will have to have WIncc Advanced V14 but May I use Step 7 V5.4 for programming my PLC?

Documents say I should have Step7 V5.5 for above PLC.  Is there any way out to upgrade or use V5.4 for above?  I also can't see SINAMICS G120 in Hardware Catalogue of my Step7 V5.4.  I tried to Install Hardware update, But the internet address given for that is not correct.  I think the address is changed.... Please also give me the correct internet address for Hardware catalogue update......

yes is possible with Step7 V5.4 to work in paralles with WinCC V14 Comfort.

The PLC is configured in Step7 and the HMI in WInCC with the use of DeviceProxy in Wincc which initialized with the S7-300 Data from the Step7 V5 Project.

To add the G120C to th Catalog you need to install STARTER Software or the GSDML for the G120C.
A HSP for G120 for Stpe7 V5 is not available.
