there is any procedure to convert a project from Wincc Runtime Advanced V13 to WinCC Runtime Professional V13 ??

You have to know WinCC Professional and WinCC Advanced are two totally different Systems with totally different functions.

Of course you have the same engineering System and everything looks similar but you have to know both worlds to know which parts you just could use without changes after the "Device change" and which parts you have to change or to program new or in anotherway.

So there is not "easy" way.
