1.) here is only a user Forum, no technical Support.!

2.) do you have a valid Licence , because the trial Download have no licence
Only the 21(14) day trial, if this was activated on you system and timed out you must buy a valid licence.

Can you make a screen of Automation Licence manager which licences are on the system?

It's a strange error that you have.  Try to reinstall the software and adjust the PC/PG interface previoulsy to connect online.
