gentlemen, I can not opened my TIA Project files because my installed software installed are only the Basic TIA Software: WinCC Basic, TIA Basic and Step & Basic. The message says SP1 are required. Where and how can I download the SERVICE PACK? Can I get it from Microsoft or from Si My O?S is Windows 8.1. Looking forward to somebody who can help.
