I must be able to programm a 6ES7 314-1AF1-0AB0 in TIA portal V12. This CPU is not in my list.
i am searching for downloads to update the hardware catalog, but i'm not able to find it.

can tell someone what i can do?

please tell us, what CPU is exactly not in the HW-config catalogue.

6ES7 314-1AF1_-0AB0 is an incomplete MLFB.

do you really have Step7 5.4?

have you tried to install HW-Updates?

STEP 7 V5.x Hardware Support Packages (HSPs - as at 2017-10-19) for installing hardware updates in the Hardware Configuration
