Good day!

I have SINAMICS S120 SINGLE MOTOR MODULE BOOKSIZE (6SL3120-1TE28-5AA3 Version D).

After 5 years the internal cooling fan stopped working and temperature was increased. We replaced module with spare one.  We tested the fan by suppling 24VDC. It was working fine. But when temperature is increasing still fan is not getting ON. Please give your suggestion.

I had the same problem. It was bad powermodul..  It was defective SMD element.

Which one of hundreds elements?
