Dear All,

There is one basic panel. I am using Prosave for backup via Ethernet.

but I don't know the IP address of the Panel and "Loader" screen appears just for moment and then running HMI program starts. The duration of Loader screen is too short to click and go to control panel to check the IP.

Please tell me what is the solution.

Hello,

you can connect the PC directly to the Panel with ethernet and start accessible nodes to detect the Panel and the IP of the Panel.

You can stop the HMI on the Panel (if is implemented in the hmi Project) or connect a USB keyboard and switch to the Control Panel with keys.

on keyboard the normal windows key , alt+tab or STRG+ALT+DEL for the taskmanager.

What you mean with set IP?
From the details you tell us the Panel have a IP and you need to know them, so find the IP of the panel and use them for backup.

Also there are some programs at WWW to search for IP, "Wireshark", "Etherial" and so on...

If Task Switching is disabled then what is the solution?

Perhaps you may try the given informations first before you ask new questions...?

PST (primary setup tool) is another good Siemens tool to discover IP address.
