Hi everyone 

Im new programing HMI SIEMENS 

So, I have the HMI KTP 400 BASIC , and when i was trying to load a program , the conection was broken and the HMI screen shows the siemenes logo and waits around 15 seconds , then the screen turns black 3 seconds , then the screen shows again the siemens logo and make the same process like a loop , i had use the prosave 14 software but , it doesnt recognize the HMI  , my computer doesnt recognize the IP from the HMI 

what can i do ? any solutionS? or it just bricked and i have to buy another one :(

Does USB stick have the right properties?

Requirements

• The USB stick have to be provided in FAT32 format.
• The USB stick have to be provided with USB version 2.0 or lower.
• The HMI device image file must be provided with Version V14.

I followed all step and stuck at final step which is 

• To reset the HMI device to the factory settings, press the button "START RECOVERY (..3..)" three times and follow the instructions shown on the display. At the end of the recovery process, remove the USB stick and press the "REBOOT" button.

Where is the START RECOVERY BUTTON?
