I have a Gildemeister 65 Lathe controlled by Sinumerik System 3T 6FC-3151-0FA-Z, equipped with 3840, 3805 , 3830 and 3450 controllers and 6ES5921-3WB15 PLC, attached to it a control panel .

I replaced the dead battery Battery then nothing is responding even the panel it is totally dead, the 3840 card right led is red and left led is flashing !!

Please help me what to do. regards.

Hosam, Yes I checked all volts in operating panel cards are good !!! Red led is ON, 2nd led is flashing and PLC red lamp in ON ..

Do I lost PLC program ?

You cannot lose plc it is in eprom unless eprom is faulty which is very rare.

Clear system down and do power on reset with correct input and number for system. Then reload nc data.
