Hello, I am getting these errors:

Block DB10237 already exists in the CPU. Block was not downloaded

Block FC3220 already exists in the CPU. Block was not downloaded

Block FC3218 already exists in the CPU. Block was not downloaded

I can't add Digital Output Channel "Pcs7DiOu", "CMP_R" when i add these, i am getting errors as i said at top.

Probably an extreme way of full chart download can help? I think there is some issue with the licenses. What cpu model are you using? Or a clean up in your offline block? (CFC-> Option->Blocktype->CleanUp)

the error message "Block DBxxx already exists in the CPU. Block was not downloaded." you recieved, when you compile the project and load all data in the AS with the "Download" button in the SIMATIC Manager. With this command all blocks from the offline folder load in the CPU, but the CFC didn't get the information that the block is tranfered to the CPU. So if you now to load "Only change" the CFC will load the block to the CPU. At the compare the from Online and Offline PCS 7 noticed that the block already exists.
With a download off the "Entrie programm" the error message should disappear.

Could we have screenshots of your errors? or Logs? 

There are quite some reasons that might cause this problem. I faced this issue when I did not complete plc download changes. You might able to see something in CFC->Chart Reference Data->PO Count for Instance DB. The deleted block will be showing here. After download changes, "Deleted" block will disappear. 

Are you able to do a full plc download?

When opening DB6527, the following message appears (image 3).
I can not add any block that requires the creation of DB.
Can I try to load the db myself? (image 3)
