I am recently working on  sinamics S120 cu 310 dp.6SL3040-0LA00-0AA0

i have some situation when i powerrd up control unit it indicates

RDY      flashing 2hz

Com     Red Continous

OUT      off

MOD     off

when i search about it  i came to know this indication means bios error.

my question is , is there any way how to remove this fault.

I have tried by inserting a new cf card v 4.03 . then RDY led  goes off and Com led flashing 2hz . and CU didnt comunicate through CP 5511 with Starter I have Tried all PGPC setting .

But didnt comunicate at all.

Hello,

if a Power off/on don´t help, I would change the firmware totally on the CF Card.

I suppose you are not able to do a factory reset.

But Its no about cf card. its about indication control unit indicates without cf card is bios  error.

when we dont insert cf card CU should flash both RDY and COM led, which shows CF card error .

But CU indicates diffrently.

RDY   2hz flashing red 

COm   Red

Which shows on manual bios Error.

How  to remove this fault is there any way.

Additionaly CF Card is new No program at All

and BOP 20 does not initialize.
