Hi All,

there is a problem with S71200 AI card. The error message says Hardware component removed or missing but I installed in the slot correctly and provided power supply still error persist.

CPU - 6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0 V4.1

Software - TIA Portal V15

AI - 6ES7 231-4HF32-0XB0 V2.0

Find attachment of the error message, HW configuration and datasheet

Please help me someone this this issue.

 In your photo attachment, i couldn't see the power supply 24V DC.. Maybe i am wrong. Did you also go offline and download the hardware configuration by clicking the PLC?

Hi,

power supply 24V DC  is there I checked by multimeter.

yes. as you said I downloaded the HW configuration(go offline right click then download hardware configuration)

 still the problem is there? How about you try to alter the Module order and see if it is possible.

 You can check the supply current. maybe that is not sufficient to drive the module. not just the voltage.

 Additionally, disconnect all the inputs from the module and just check with only the supply voltage..
