Dear Expert,

   I am working on hoisting application in which i am using g120 drive CU250S-2.Hoisting application is new for me.First let me tell you current hardware scenario, drive is hard wire connected to PLC. Motor brake is release by PLC  through Contactor  externally. while i am giving uplift command to drive and release brake it goes down (Due to its internal 4 tone load.in future it would be 4+5 tone).

  Also, while releasing motor brake it goes downward.i have also use DBR but dont know how to take  it in line in  drive.

for your reference i have attached expert list. please suggest if any changes required to do in parameter.

It would be better to control the brake contactor via the drive it self. Then you can delay the brake opening unti a desired Hz level is achieved. This will make the hoist function performe smoothly. Also you can the configure to close the brake a litlle before zero speed is achieved.

 currently brake is control by drive. As soon as drive ready signal came motor brake is release. but i thinks it wrong. as you said release brake at desired Hz or after generating desired torque.

but dont know which parameter i have to set for it

I have done the same, set P1351 on 30% and gave a brake release command by P732 when torque reached to 30% of its rated torque value. trail not taken yet.will came to you when its take.
