Hi to all

I have a cnc machine in my factory which it uses to move the axis x y z sinumeric 840 d control for each axis

the problem is when we open the engine and perform the procedure of approaching reference points no movement is performed and the error occurs

Feed interlocking x reference point not approached 600101

manually the x-axis moves normally and the measurement indicator also changes in millimeters

In the electrical plan of the machine in each control 840 d connecting the metering rule and the encoder of the motor of each axjs

On the display of the machine i have the fault wiith code number 600101 and the text feed interlocking x reference point not approached 

and if so in the engine cabinet i have to see from the control siemens screen the real error;

Thanks for the answer piscean but machine is deckel maho dmc 635 v and at first i dont have the program of plc with symbolic addressierung and secondly though I have the software of siemens simatic manager it doesnt use plc s7. 300 or 400 but an other wich comunicate with ncu card via mpi so I can't check the status of db2.dbx what you told me above and the preconditions it needs to set 

just would like to ask something more

a. Because of the electrical plan found that the linear rules for the axes x y z are the same ls 483 but with different strokes changed the plugs of the metering rules on the card (x421 . X422) 6sn1122-1ab00..... but when i open the engine it was geftting error

So again, I recap the plugs of the metric rule the machine has no fault i can move all the axles manually but now can't find the reference point except the x axis and the y axis and now i have 2 errors 

1.600101 feed interlocking x reference point not apprached and

2. 600102 feed interlocking y reference point not approached

what could happen after the change of the metering rules plug and created and the second fault?

And my second question is 

B. Our machine use ncu 571.5 6fc5357-0bb15.... is there any free software that i can download or buy from siemens to get back up so when the battery runs out i can retrieve the data

We use software which have install in pc

And for communication between pc and machine use rs 232 protocol serial communication
