please check the parameterization of the SICK DL100.
This parameterization has to be transferred to the SINAMICS. In default those sensors are sending an error bit too, but I don`t see that in your parameterization.
The SICK DL100 sensors I was working with requires an operating voltage of >18V. Check your requirements, you have selected 5V. Make sure this is really enough for your sensor.

Additionally to the above, don't forget to adjust the encoder Fine Resolution also (e.g. G1_XIST1 & G1_XIST2 = 4 bit). Attached settings from Startdrive V16.
