          We are using the single motor module with cu320-2pn and speed control with third party controller. Speed setpoint through analog input using TM41, Motor run in inch fwd/rev motor is no vibrate but run with virtual encoder of controller at slow speed motor vibrate. We are adjust speed controller gain and current controller gain problem is still. So please suggest me how to control the vibration.

... so if you use the control panel, the motor doesn´t vibrate at the same speed.

So it comes from the setpoint. I would try to use a smoothing by one of the speed setpoint filter.

... so I would activate the function Module ramp Generator by - see Konfigurator.

So you can parametrize an acceleration ramp.

There is a yellow Button in STARTER wehre you can Start the Configirator. THERE you can activate the ramp Generator.

Then you can send the setpoint before the  rampgenerator (p1070 ?)

Then you can parametrize the ramps.
