I have a S7-1200 + sinamic S110 (6SL3040-0JA01-0AA0) system on a machine, the system is programed with TIA V13, I want to add hardware on this system but I don't have the hardware configuration,

The machine is made somewhere in 2015 and I think that the driver is configurated with Starter V4.3 and I don't have it. I want to upload from the driver to see the profinet device name, telegrams, etc to try remaking the hardware configuration in TIA.

Can you give me some hints?

But I have seen that you can add S110 in hardware configuration, and you can choose telegrams too.

I haven't configured until now siemens servomotors. I will look into STARTER to get used to.

The ideea is that I have uploaded the program from PLC, because I don't have tho original, and I want to make the hardware configuration in PLC and keep the PLC logic. And for that I have to know the PROFINET name of the driver, the telegram used to comunicate to the driver and so on and please advise how to do that.

What I want to do, is to upload with Starter the settings from the driver to see the profinet name and telegram number and then I have to see the next steps that I have to do.

Hi, 

this is exactly what you can do. Just use the STARTER - there you can search for accessible devices and you already see the IP address and the PROFINET name of your drive. Then Upload the drive to STARTER from there and check the telegrams (either in the telegrem mask or in p922). With those information you can adapt the GSD settings of your S110 in TIA (IP, name, telegram).

Those are the things that I am thinking at, I hope those to be all, and to not lose from my sight something.

Another thing that I am concerned is the STARTER version that was used to parameterize the drive, now are available for download version 5.4 and 5.3, but if the driver was parameterized with 4.1, I can to connect and be able to upload form driver?

For example you can't upload with TIA V15 a PLC that was programmed in TIA V13.

Can you tell me, S110 has the telegram 283? In the TIA program uploaded by me it is a function block, FB30 named FB_EasyPos, that has password, that have an input called TelegramIdent that has passed no. 283, but in TIA hardware confifuration I can't find this telegram.
