We are creating a project using S71200 PLCs and Wincc 7.5. As soon as we have started to create the PLCs and HMI software we have noticed a strange way of Tag addressing in the WINCC project.

If the tags created via "Read from AS" they have addresses like this "0001:TS:1000:8A0E000A.F7A5F70D.A".

Question 1: What is this strange addressing?

Question 2: Can we still use DB absolute addressing (in PLC the DBs are not optimized!)

We have tried to define structure tags in PLC, but read AS tags recognize them as structure but do not import the structure,but import the single tags one by one.

Question 3: Is there a procedure for the structured tags creation, import?
