pegu9728394 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have a similar probelo to this post https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/can-t-access-to-the-remote-device/257846/?page=0&pageSize=10 The PC and the LOGO are connect with an ethernet cable, the IP addresses are under the same subnet (the LOGO is 192.168.10.30 and the PC ethernet 192.168.10.50), same subnet mask etc I can see the LOGO in the Soft Comfort "Network View" (I can even change its IP) and it responds well to ping using the Windows Console. Are you connected the LOGO! directly with the PC? In older version has LSC a problem with network adapter when in the name is a special character. In your is a "'#". The red question mark in the LOGO! symbol says that the LOGO! can't be reached from LSC.

pegu9728394 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Hi, my LOGO model is 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1, I think is a Logo 8.3. I guess the problem is that the LSC version is not updated.

Download for LOGO! 8.3 Software Upgrade But this download is export restricted. You need a additionally registration. Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?
