Hi, 

I'm trying to fix this problem, got a wincc project of 110MB single station, you open winncExplorer then file open select project, and it takes 10 minutes to show the project tree.

CPU is at 15%, RAM at 2.5GB use.

What is Wincc doing? 

I've tried reset of user archives, tag logging and alarms, but always take this huge amount of thime.

No luck, it seems a project problem, I've created a new empty project and this one open fine.

Is there a way to "drag and drop" data from the problematic project to the new?

Not an expert here, but I'm afraid you will have to copy&paste the PLD's in the new project. Other areas, like tags, allow you to export and import in the new program.

Have you tried to make a copy of the slow project with "project duplicator" and try the new one?. It was helpul for me once with a similar situation.

Solved the issue on the original project deleting PRT folder!
