Active Line Module without Active Interface Module

mpakravanan Experienced Member Joined: 1/9/2019 Last visit: 3/22/2025 Posts: 88 Rating: (10)	hi I have an active line module (6SL3130-7TE21-6AA3), If I want to implement a project, is it critical to connect this module to an active interface module? or I just can connect it to a chock? another question is: what is the difference between active line module and smart line module? because I saw somewhere that with smart line module there is no active interface module and they just connect it to a simple chock.
