Hi dear, were you able to solve this issue? I am also facing exactly the same issue but unfortunately not able to resolve. I am also using Profibus for communication, the hardware configuration is exactly as per the manual and working but unfortunately the display always show status disconnected message same as you received. Appreciate if you could please share the solution.
