rasoolsharifi1 Regular Member Joined: 12/4/2015 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	hello every body there is a problem when restore a plc archive in 810d ccu1 and mmc 103 hyundai hit 18 -810d 0E00015: communiction erroe (#200#) can anybody help me for that? i try to reset plc and nc several times and then restor 5 backups in mmc by simatic manager i try to solve . but only in plc restore this error appeares ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from 840Di system backup loading problem. PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (882)	Hello, 1.Before restoring arc back up, user need to clear NC, PLC back up, so please make sure it is cleared. 2. After clearing NC/PLC data, switch ON power of system & check 7 segment display & PED status on CCU. System should boot & no alarm or RED LED to be displayed, then & then only user can restore NC PLC data. 3. User should restore correct NC/PLC data i.e. if any error or partial data is treied to restored, system will display or pop error message. Please check above points.

rasoolsharifi1 Regular Member Joined: 12/4/2015 Last visit: 4/17/2025 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	hi cnc was turned off for 6 monthes. and now i see the all signal lamps in OP are blinking and machine has no like before. menues are different and cannot to turn on machine. ccu has SF FAULT PLC HAS PS ANS PF FAULT . whern i try to clear nc and plc . its seems ok. but in restore nc :asking for DAC.INI replacing override. if i select yes all. error 0e00015:communication error (#200#) shows. if i select no . job terminated by user.

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (882)	Hello, When NC/PLC is cleared & power ON, system boots & no fault or any LED lits RED, 7 segment displays 6 - If this is the status it means your system is healthy. When you try to restore NC/PLC back up, an error pops up means either back up data is not correct or their is mismatch between actual installed hardware/software version with the hardware/software versions backed up in data. Hope this helps.
