But in incremental servo motor referencing the axis is possible by hardware limit switch and also some correctioninthe PLC Logic. This procedurefor Absolute servo motor type. 1) Change the parameter in the Axis MD( X axis ) NUM OF ENCODERS = 1 ( from 2 to 1 ) 2) Change the DB signal in the Logic DB31.DBX1.6 to DB31.DBX1.5 The DB31 represent the X axis i.e., first geometry axis. The DB31.DBX1.5 ------------- Represent the first measuring system for the X axis The DB31.DBX1.6 ------------- Represent thesecond measuring system for the X axis This above twopoints procedureare sameforIncremental servo motor type. Which axis linear scale to be bypass? etc. etc.
