The problem is that the analog input module is showing value 7FFF on VAT table./
I have done the connection for the pt 100 by refering the manaul.
also i have tried using Current source(0 to 20 ma)and voltage source(0 to 10 v)

I did the wiring as per PT100 and checked ,it was showing 7FFF.

Then i wanted to test the AI module,hence i used the current source(did wiring accordingly for current) and Voltage source(did wiring accordingly for voltage) then also it is showing 7FFF.

What can be the reason for this?
The AI module is not fault as i checked it on othe CPU ,project it is working fine.

I am still getting the value 7FFF.

The software coding is in PCS7 V7.0.

1.Firstly i wanted PT100 signal on the VAT table,so i connected PT 100(as per wiring in manual) then i measured on the TB(where the pT100 was connected) as well as on the AI module PIN as well.
It is showing 120 ohms.(for PT100 it is around 37 degree celsius).But when i am monitoring on VAT table it is showing abnorma value 7FFF.
2.Since i was not getting PT100 signals,i tested the module with Current and voltage source i.e by injecting the current (0 to 20 ma) and voltage(0 to 10v).but still getting the same value 7FFF.
Everytime i had done changes in the hardware config as:
1.For PT 100--configure AI signal as pT100 std.
2.For curren-Connfigure AI signal as Current I (0 to 20ma)
same for voltage.

kindly provide me some solution.
