Hi, If you have a CU < V4.0, please see Application http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22318072 This Application note is written for a MM440 and 4 pol Motor (!), but can be used for G120 with PM240 and CU240x <V4.0 [For your (6 pol Motor) applivation I suggest using a S120]. Might be the resistor is defect. I guess that you are using a standard resistor for 5% duty cycle, pls use a much bigger braking resistor http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22101908 |
