Communication Problem In Cu320 2dp

I power up the control unit with Active line module and motor module then the control unit RDY and DP LED's are flashing and BOP was not on also i cant able to communicate the cu 320 2dp through starter. I have tired to communicate the cu320 dp through Profibus and seriel port. But i could not able to communicate. Pleae any one reply what are the reasons for thease problems. I have changed my mmc card and Bop but no improvement. Please reply as soon as eariler. Regards

Also i was remove the drive cliq cables from control unit to Active line modules and motor module. Jus power on 24V only in control unit. But Rdy and Dp both LED's are flashing. I have refer the manual the flashes reasons for firmware update and Memory card error. But i have changed the memory card but no improvement. I want to know one more think Why the BOP is not ON. I have also changed 2 more BOP but no improvement. I cant able to communicate the control unit through Starter then how to update the Firmware. Please give the instruction.
