Mothilal Posts: 165 Rating: (25)	Hello experts and all In our machine we have four servo drive with control unit S120 CU 320 and SIMOTION C240. The machine was runninggood till yesterday. But today cu 320 shows the fault code: F07800- NO POWER UNIT PRESENT. LED diagnostic from the four drives, DRIVE 1(6SL3120-1TE24-5AA3) - (RDY- green, DC link - orange) DRIVE 2 (same sinamics) - (RDY- green, DC link - orange) DRIVE3 and 4 shows - (RDY- orange, DC link- orange)???? all the four drives are connected in common DC bus and Basic Line Module shows ready: green dc link: orange PLC LED DIAGNOSTIC: PLC "SF" is in 'continuouse RED' RUN --- GREEN We checked the incoming supply . it is ok (410V AC). please give a solution... DenisMor Posts: 344 Rating: (50)	There is no communication between the CU320 and drive 3 & 4. The simplest cause would be a DriveCliQ cable between drive 2 & 3 came loose. Check to make sure it is plugged in good. Second problem could be bad DriveCliQ cable. Replace with a different one. Last possibility is bad Drive 3 motor module: no longer communicates on DriveCliQ. Start with the simplest solution and work your way up.

jagathselvan Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello experts , The same problem I’m facing in my plant, CU 320 is connected to 4 drive S-120 motor modules; it is connected separately to the Motor module from the Cu320 viadrive CLIQ cable, after changing the new drive CLIQ cable the fault is not rectified yet. Whether I have to change any of the drive parameter in STARTER if I’m using different ports in the drive motor module…?

Go to the CU in Starter an open the Topologyview. Change the DQ Wirings in the Topologyview an Download the new topology. Regards Christoph
